Pick the right level

Use account-level documents for evidence that applies to the whole customer, such as fleet insurance.

Use vehicle or driver level documents when the evidence belongs to one record. Record-level attachments belong to events such as PCNs, incidents, PMI, or repairs.

How inheritance works

Account documents can surface inside vehicle and driver profiles when they are relevant to the selected account.

Profile export packs include attached documents and related evidence so a customer can review one joined-up record.
