Sign in and complete MFA
How users enter Greenarc Keys and complete authenticator-app verification.
Use your normal login first
Open the login page, enter your email and password, then continue to MFA when prompted.
If this is your first time using MFA, scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the six-digit code.
Returning users
If MFA is already set up, the page asks only for the current six-digit authenticator code.
After verification the session is promoted and you are returned to the page you originally tried to open.
Lost authenticator access
Ask a system admin to reset your MFA factor. You will enrol a new authenticator app the next time you sign in.
